Pros: I really appreciate the remote work options here. As a Machine Learning Engineer, I can structure my day pretty flexibly, which is great for tackling complex deep learning projects. It's a huge perk at this modern AI tools startup.
Cons: Even with great WFH flexibility, the expectations are super high. Sometimes meetings run late, making it tough to really clock out, especially when collaborating across time zones on MLOps tasks.
Advice to Management: Keep promoting flexible schedules, but also try to protect employees' personal time from meeting creep, especially for our remote teams.
