Pros: I've really appreciated the learning opportunities at Keyrus. As a Data Consultant, I get to work on diverse projects across different clients, which is fantastic for skill development in data engineering and data science. The team in New York City is super collaborative and supportive; it's easy to ask questions and learn from senior colleagues. They also offer good work flexibility, allowing for a hybrid schedule which is a huge plus for my work-life balance.
Cons: Sometimes, project demands lead to really busy periods, which is pretty common for a dynamic IT consulting firm. While manageable, it means you occasionally put in extra hours. Also, the internal approval processes can sometimes feel a bit slow, especially for administrative tasks. Streamlining these could definitely improve day-to-day efficiency for us consultants.
Advice to Management: Keep focusing on streamlining internal processes to reduce administrative overhead for consultants. Continue to offer strong learning and development opportunities, as these are highly valued by the team.

Pros: I really liked the hybrid model, which gave me some flexibility. It's a solid place to learn new tech on diverse data analytics projects for clients. The teams in the NYC office are generally supportive.
Cons: Work-life balance here can be tough, especially as a Data Consultant on critical client engagements. You'll often work long hours to meet deadlines, and sometimes it feels like there aren't enough resources. It's not a 40-hour week every time.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into better resource allocation for client projects. It would help prevent burnout for consultants and lead to more consistent work-life balance overall.

Pros: When you're not on a critical client project, the work flexibility is pretty decent. We had some good WFH policy options for internal tasks and non-client days in the New York City office. It helps manage errands or appointments.
Cons: Once a client project starts, especially in digital transformation consulting, flexibility often goes out the window. You're expected to align with client hours, which can mean long days and less personal control. It's tough to get true remote work on most active projects.
Advice to Management: Try to implement more consistent work-from-home policies across all projects, not just internal ones. Better communication about project flexibility upfront for new Data Consultant roles would also help. It's hard to plan personal life around unpredictable client demands.
