Pros: The VPs in engineering are generally approachable. It's cool being in the recruiting tech space, that's a plus. They really try to support hybrid work setups too.
Cons: Senior leadership communication can be pretty vague. As a Software Engineer, sometimes direction feels unclear. There's not always a solid plan from the top.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer communication from the top down. Give teams more solid strategic direction.
