Pros: I appreciate that senior management tries to be approachable. They're good at recognizing individual efforts, especially within smaller project teams. The hybrid model for a Software Engineer is a big plus.
Cons: Sometimes, leadership's decisions feel disconnected from ground-level realities. There's often a lack of clear communication on strategic shifts, making things unclear for my role in the Noida office. It's tough to get quick approvals for new tools in this corporate environment.
