Pros: It's a big, stable company in the global shipping industry. You get solid job security, which is good for those wanting a reliable employer. The benefits package for the Hamburg office employees is pretty decent.
Cons: Career growth here is genuinely slow, especially for operations roles like mine. There's not much internal movement, so you can feel stuck as a Logistics Coordinator. It's tough to move up without leaving the company completely.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into creating clear career paths and development programs. It would help retain talent, especially in core functions within maritime logistics. Encourage more internal promotions.
