Pros: The company does offer a hybrid model which is nice. It means I'm remote from home a couple days a week. For a mid-sized IT services company, that flexibility is a decent perk.
Cons: Actual work_flexibility for Security Analyst roles is hit or miss. There's often pressure to be in the Bangalore office more than the policy states. On-call rotations really eat into personal time and make planning tough.
Advice to Management: Please enforce the hybrid model consistently. Respecting work-life balance for cybersecurity professionals is crucial. Don't make people feel guilty for working from home when the policy allows it.
