Good growth, but work-life balance needs work
Pros: The team is generally supportive, which is a big plus. As a Product Manager, I got to work on some really interesting global payments projects. The hybrid work option in the Singapore office definitely helps with errands.
Cons: Work-life balance here is tough; you'll put in long hours often. It's common to work late, especially when coordinating across time zones for our fintech solutions. The pace is intense, which impacts personal time.
Advice to Management: Try to set clearer boundaries for after-hours communication and project timelines. Support managers in protecting their teams' personal time to avoid burnout.

Good for Self-Starters, Not Much Formal Growth
Pros: As a Software Engineer, you get hands-on with some cool FinTech projects. There's a lot of exposure to global payments infrastructure, which is interesting. If you're proactive, you can definitely learn a lot here.
Cons: Career development isn't very structured, especially for technical roles. You kind of have to carve out your own path, which can be tough. Don't expect regular promotions without really pushing for them.
Advice to Management: Invest in clearer career frameworks and mentorship for employees. It would really help engineering teams see their path forward.

Leadership is Decent, Still Growing Pains
Pros: As a Product Manager, I got to work on some cool cross-border payment projects. There's a good drive to innovate in the fintech space, which is exciting. The teams below executive level are generally supportive.
Cons: Leadership communication often feels disjointed; different messages come from different VPs. It's tough when strategic decisions for global payments shift too often, making it hard for teams to focus. Sometimes you feel like a cog, without much input reaching the very top leaders.
Advice to Management: Try to align on a clear vision and communicate it consistently across all levels. Empower middle management more to execute without constant strategic shifts. This would help a lot with retention for roles like Product Manager in the competitive fintech market.
