Endowus is Asia’s leading independent wealth advisor and investment platform. With entities licensed by the Securities & Futures Commission of Hong Kong and Monetary Authority of Singapore, Endowus is the first digital advisor in the region to span personal savings, private wealth and public pension (CPF & SRS in Singapore), helping investors – individuals, family offices, endowments, and institutions – grow their wealth holistically, with conflict-free advice and access to institutional financial solutions at low and fair fees, through a personalised digital wealth experience.
The Group also acquired Carret Private Investments Limited (“Carret”), a Hong Kong-based multi-family office serving ultra-high net worth families. Carret continues to operate entirely independently of Endowus and also holds a license from the SFC.

Pros: I liked the hybrid model, it gave some freedom. Working from the Singapore office a few days a week was good for collaboration. As a Wealth Operations Associate, I got to work on lots of different things and learn fast.
Cons: While there's a hybrid model, true work flexibility can be tough sometimes. Projects often need quick turnarounds, which means less control over your schedule. It's typical for a fintech startup; expect to work beyond typical hours often.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage project scopes to avoid constant fire drills. This would really help with work-life balance and improve work flexibility for everyone.

Pros: I appreciated the hybrid work model they offer, which gives some flexibility. For Investment Analyst roles, the team is pretty collaborative, which helps when things get busy. There are times when it feels pretty balanced.
Cons: However, it's a startup in the FinTech industry, so long hours are definitely a thing, especially during reporting cycles. It's not uncommon to put in 50+ hour weeks, which really impacts your personal time. You've got to be ready for that.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage workloads during peak times to prevent burnout, especially for core wealth management teams.

Pros: I learned a ton about wealth management and investment products here. The team in the Singapore office is sharp, and you get real ownership. Great if you're keen to grow fast in fintech.
Cons: Honestly, the work-life balance isn't great, especially as a Financial Advisor. You're looking at 50-60 hour weeks often. It's tough to keep up with personal stuff when client calls stretch late.
Advice to Management: Consider clearer boundaries for working hours and support staff with managing client expectations to improve overall work-life balance.
