Decent culture if you thrive on sales
Pros: The team in the London office is really supportive, which is great for new IT Recruiters. There's a strong sense of camaraderie, especially when hitting targets. It's a busy, corporate environment but people generally help each other out.
Cons: The culture can feel very sales-driven, which isn't for everyone. It's tough if you're not constantly performing, and sometimes internal communication isn't the best across different teams in the staffing industry. It puts a lot of pressure on you.
Advice to Management: Try to balance the sales pressure with more emphasis on long-term employee well-being. Improve cross-team communication to foster a more unified company culture across the UK offices.

Work-life Balance is a Mixed Bag
Pros: I liked the hybrid work option; it really helped on slower days or when I had appointments. The team in the London office was generally supportive, which made hitting sales targets a bit easier. Decent holiday allowance too.
Cons: The hours can be long, especially when you're pushing to close deals for IT consultant roles. There's a lot of pressure, and sometimes it feels like you're always 'on.' It's hard to switch off completely after work.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage workload expectations, especially for new recruitment consultants. Maybe implement some 'no-email-after-hours' policies to help people truly disconnect.

Work-life balance is decent for tech staffing
Pros: You get decent holiday allowance, which is a plus. The hybrid model in the London office helps a lot with commuting and personal errands. As an IT Recruiter, I appreciated not being stuck in the office five days a week.
Cons: Sometimes the workload is just insane, especially nearing quarter ends. It's tough to really switch off when client demands are high. There's pressure to hit targets, and that often means working longer hours than you'd like, especially for anyone in tech staffing.
Advice to Management: Try to manage workloads better, especially for IT Recruiter roles. More support during peak times would prevent burnout.
