Decent Flexibility, But Still Needs Improvement
Pros: As a Sales Coordinator, I appreciated the chance to work remote from home. The WFH policy is solid; it really helps with daily errands and personal appointments. It's tough to find that in the RV accessories industry.
Cons: Sometimes the 'flexible hours' felt more like 'always on' due to team needs across time zones. There isn't much actual flex to shift core hours without a lot of manager approval, which can be a pain.
Advice to Management: Standardize how flexible hours are approved and make it clearer for remote teams. Encourage managers to really let people disconnect.

Culture is Decent for an Assembly Job
Pros: You'll have steady work here, which is good for an Assembly Line Worker. They're big in RV accessories, so demand is usually consistent. Your paycheck is always on time, which is solid.
Cons: The company culture feels pretty corporate and sometimes cold. It's hard to feel truly valued in the Elkhart plant, especially on the floor. Communication from leadership isn't always great, and it can feel like just a number.
Advice to Management: Try to connect more with the onsite Assembly Line Workers. Make us feel like people, not just parts of the production process. Better communication on changes would really help.

Manufacturing Engineer

Leadership has its moments, but needs work
Pros: Some team leads are really solid, especially if you're a new Manufacturing Engineer. They'll show you the ropes on the plant floor. There's also good equipment in our Elkhart, Indiana facility for production.
Cons: Upper management often feels out of touch with daily operations. Decision-making can be slow, which really impacts production schedules. As a corporate company, communication between departments sometimes just isn't there, making things tough.
Advice to Management: Focus on better communication between the engineering and production teams. Empower middle managers more; they know what's happening on the plant floor. Also, streamline decision-making processes for the RV industry market.
