Pros: I really appreciate the focus on continuous learning here. As an Implementation Consultant, I've had so many chances to dive deep into FP&A software and develop my technical and client-facing skills. The colleagues are genuinely supportive, and there's a strong team environment. It feels like a stable place to work in the tech industry, and management generally encourages you to take ownership of your projects. The hybrid work setup in Toronto is also a big plus for work-life balance.
Cons: Sometimes, with the rapid growth, things can feel a bit unstructured, and the internal communication could be clearer on strategic decisions. Also, promotion opportunities, especially to senior levels, sometimes feel like they take a bit longer to materialize than I'd expect given the work. The approval processes for some projects can also be a bit slow at times.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining internal communication channels and clearly define career progression paths, especially for senior roles. Speeding up project approval processes would also help empower teams.

Pros: The hybrid model is great, letting me work from home some days. You can usually get your 40 hours done as a Financial Systems Consultant without too much overtime. The team is pretty good at respecting personal time.
Cons: During project deadlines for our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) software implementations, things get intense. It's not uncommon to put in extra hours, especially close to go-live dates. There's pressure to deliver quickly.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage project scopes to avoid consistent crunch periods for implementation teams. Burnout is real when deadlines are tight on FP&A software.

Pros: The health benefits are pretty comprehensive, which is a big plus here. As a Data Analyst in the Toronto office, my base salary was decent compared to some places. They offer good dental and vision too.
Cons: Annual raises aren't huge and felt a bit below market rate for the financial planning software industry. The bonus structure for individual contributors isn't very clear. There's not much room for salary negotiation.
Advice to Management: Review the compensation packages, especially for mid-level roles, to stay competitive in the Toronto tech market. Make the bonus system more transparent for everyone.
