Pros: Working as a Software Engineer here, I've felt pretty secure. Project stability is decent, especially in the core software development teams. It's a mid-sized tech company, so they don't do crazy layoffs often, which is reassuring.
Cons: While job security for senior technical roles is good, entry-level positions can feel a bit more volatile if projects shift. The hybrid work model can also mean less face time, making connections harder for some in the Seattle office.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer long-term project roadmaps for all employees. It would help ease any anxieties, especially for newer hires in the Seattle office and those in rapidly changing tech industry areas.
