Pros: They do offer a hybrid work model, which is nice. You can usually work from home a couple days a week. It helps a bit with commute if you're in the Atlanta office.
Cons: But as a Logistics Consultant, client demands often mean you're more onsite than planned. Don't expect true flexibility when we're on tight supply chain optimization projects. It's tough to really control your own schedule.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage client expectations around consultant availability. Give teams more autonomy to define their hybrid schedule, especially for non-client-facing days.

Pros: For a Logistics Consultant in the supply chain industry, the base salary was pretty competitive in Atlanta, GA. I got a good 401k match and the health insurance was solid. It's a decent corporate environment regarding standard benefits.
Cons: Annual bonuses felt a bit low and not always clear how they were calculated. PTO isn't super generous compared to some other big tech or corporate roles. Don't expect huge salary bumps unless you switch positions.
Advice to Management: Be more transparent with bonus structures and consider reviewing the PTO policy to be more competitive. Offer clearer pathways for salary increases beyond standard annual reviews.

Pros: You'll gain solid experience in supply chain management. Many senior leaders are experts in transportation optimization. They often trust you with real project responsibility pretty early on.
Cons: Sometimes leadership feels pretty far removed from daily project challenges for a Logistics Consultant. Getting clear, quick decisions from the top can be tough. I've seen communication fall short across different departments in our Chicago office.
Advice to Management: Work on better connecting senior leadership with day-to-day project teams. Improve communication flow. Making decisions faster would help everyone, especially us folks on the ground.
