Pros: As a Benefits Administrator, I've had a decent amount of work from home (WFH) days each week. This flexibility is a big plus when you're dealing with the demanding employee benefits software industry, helping manage client accounts.
Cons: It's not a fully remote setup, so you'll still need to be in the Orlando, FL office a few days. Sometimes the specific days you can WFH feel a bit rigid. Ad-hoc flexibility for personal stuff is tough.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more consistent and truly flexible remote options for administrative and support teams. Trusting employees with their schedules would help a lot.
