Certivity is the AI product compliance platform for regulated industries.
We help product compliance, homologation, regulatory affairs, and engineering teams turn complex regulations into structured, traceable, and engineering-ready requirements.
Instead of working manually across fragmented documents, spreadsheets, and PDFs, teams can use Certivity to monitor regulatory changes, assess their impact, and connect requirements directly to products, systems, and development workflows.
By transforming regulatory content into digital, connected, and actionable data, Certivity enables companies to reduce manual effort, improve traceability, accelerate change analysis, and manage product compliance more efficiently at scale.

Pros: You learn a ton really fast in this tech startup environment. There's plenty of interesting work for engineering roles, especially on new features. It's fully remote, which is great for work flexibility.
Cons: Job security is a real concern. We've had surprising layoffs, which makes you nervous. It's hard to feel fully secure as a remote Software Engineer when these things happen. The company also seems to pivot a lot, which adds to instability.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer communication about company direction and financial health. Stability would help morale and reduce anxiety among employees. Don't let remote employees feel out of the loop on major decisions.
