Pros: There's solid job security here, which is great in the private aviation industry. As a Client Services Associate, you learn a ton about high-end client support. It's a stable corporate environment if you just want to get your work done.
Cons: Moving up is really tough, honestly. There aren't clear career paths for promotion, especially in my kind of role. Internal job postings sometimes feel like they're just for show.
Advice to Management: Please create clearer development plans for employees. Show us actual paths for promotion, don't just talk about them. Invest more in internal training for upward mobility.
