Pros: As a Product Development Associate, I found the hybrid work model really helpful. You get a good mix of office and WFH, which helps with personal appointments. Most weeks are pretty standard 40 hours. In the retail industry, that's not always a given.
Cons: It can get tough during peak seasons or big product launches for new luggage lines. There's pressure to put in longer hours then. Some managers aren't great about respecting your off-hours, especially if you're working remote. It's on you to push back.
Advice to Management: Encourage all managers to actively promote work-life boundaries, even during busy periods. Make the hybrid policy clearer regarding expectations during crunch times.
