Pros: I've really enjoyed the remote work flexibility. It's great for my work-life balance. The team I was on had some truly supportive managers, which helped a lot. The company is in a solid cloud storage industry, so there's decent job security.
Cons: Leadership communication can be tough. Strategic decisions often feel like they come out of nowhere, without much explanation. For a company in the storage solutions space, things can feel slow-moving. Also, career growth isn't always clearly defined.
Advice to Management: Work on improving strategic communication across all levels. Really listen to feedback from individual contributors. Empower middle managers more so decisions don't always bottleneck at the top. Be more transparent about company direction.
