Pros: The team here is generally solid. You can learn a lot if you're proactive and switch projects within our SaaS product development. The fully remote setup is great for work-life balance.
Cons: Career growth is tough for engineering roles. There aren't many clear promotion paths for a Software Engineer, and it feels like you hit a ceiling pretty fast. Management doesn't seem focused on internal advancement.
Advice to Management: Please create clearer career ladders and invest in developing your existing Software Engineer talent. Give people a reason to stay and grow internally.
