Decent Balance for Software Engineers in Copenhagen
Pros: As a Software Engineer in Copenhagen, the work-life balance is pretty solid. We often have flexible start times, which is great for personal appointments. The product development teams generally respect boundaries, so you're not usually pulling all-nighters.
Cons: However, there are definitely times with tight deadlines, especially for new audio technology releases. It's not uncommon to feel some pressure during critical phases. Sometimes I wish there was more clarity on project scope.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage project scopes to avoid last-minute crunch periods, especially for core software development teams. Clearer communication about expectations would help a lot.

Okay for Stability, Growth is Slow
Pros: The job security is good; it's a big corporate company. You get to work on decent audio tech projects in the Copenhagen office. The work-life balance for a Software Engineer is actually pretty solid.
Cons: Career advancement feels really slow here. There's not much clear path for moving up, even for experienced developers. It's tough to get new challenges unless you push hard for them yourself.
Advice to Management: You should really look into clearer career paths for your technical staff. It's hard to stay motivated when growth feels so stagnant, especially for us in software development.

Pretty stable, but growth feels slow
Pros: It's a big, established corporate company, so job security for Software Engineer roles feels pretty solid. They don't seem to do huge layoffs all the time, which is nice. Plus, the benefits package is actually quite good.
Cons: Career growth can feel really slow here, especially if you're looking to move up quickly. There's not always a clear path forward. Sometimes it feels like you're just maintaining instead of innovating.
Advice to Management: Really focus on creating clearer career development paths for engineering staff. It would help people feel more secure and motivated if they saw a path to grow within the company.
