Operations Coordinator

Fast-paced startup, but not much career path
Pros: You learn a ton quickly as an Operations Coordinator here. It's a great spot for hands-on experience in the micromobility industry. The team in the San Francisco office was pretty decent too, very collaborative.
Cons: Formal career growth is seriously lacking for individual contributors. It's tough to see a path upward, even in a fast-growing startup. There aren't clear promotion criteria or development programs.
Advice to Management: Create clearer career development plans and pathways, especially for individual contributors. This would help retain talent and show employees their hard work leads somewhere.

Growth opportunities can be tough to find
Pros: It's cool to be part of the micro-mobility industry, and the team in the Los Angeles office was solid. You get good hands-on experience with electric scooter fleet management daily.
Cons: Career growth is honestly pretty slow as an Operations Specialist here. There isn't much of a clear promotion path within this tech startup, which can be frustrating. You'll work hard, but upward mobility often feels out of reach.
Advice to Management: Please create more defined career progression paths, especially for front-line operational roles. It would really help with employee retention and motivation.

Fast-paced but job security is iffy
Pros: I learned a ton about the micromobility industry as an Operations Specialist. The team in the San Francisco office was super collaborative, and it's exciting to work for a tech startup that's trying to make a real impact on urban transport.
Cons: Job security isn't great. There's a lot of flux in the shared electric vehicles market, and the company is always reorganizing, which makes you nervous. It felt like layoffs could happen anytime, especially for onsite roles like mine.
Advice to Management: Lime needs to provide more clarity on long-term strategy and stabilize its workforce. Constant fear of layoffs hurts morale and makes it hard to focus.
