Pros: I've worked here as a Software Developer for a few years. My project team is really solid, and there's good team collaboration. We get along well, which helps with the daily grind in government contracting.
Cons: Sometimes the larger company culture feels a bit disconnected from our day-to-day work. There's not much emphasis on company-wide events in the Annapolis, MD office. It feels pretty corporate, and sometimes a bit bureaucratic.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more company-wide culture and events, even for those not always in the main Annapolis office. It would help people feel more connected.
