Pros: The job security here is really good, especially in the medical device industry. Benefits are decent, and as a Manufacturing Engineer, I always had resources for projects. The campus itself in Naples, Florida is impressive.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit corporate and rigid. There's not much work flexibility; most roles are strictly onsite. It's tough to implement new ideas sometimes without jumping through many hoops.
Advice to Management: Try to embrace more modern work arrangements and empower teams to innovate without so much red tape. A little more trust goes a long way for employee morale.

Pros: The company invests a lot in technology for surgical instruments, which is cool. You get decent benefits and there's good job security, especially in Naples, Florida. Some senior managers are really solid and approachable.
Cons: Leadership is pretty inconsistent across different departments. Sometimes, you don't get clear direction for projects, especially in the manufacturing operations. It can feel like a big corporate machine where individual voices get lost.
Advice to Management: Upper management needs to standardize leadership training. Promote leaders who actually mentor their teams, especially in critical manufacturing engineer roles. Give more consistent project guidance.

Pros: As a Manufacturing Engineer, the base pay here is pretty solid for the Naples, FL office. They offer annual bonuses which is a nice perk. It's competitive within the medical device manufacturing industry locally.
Cons: The benefits package could really use an upgrade. Healthcare costs are high, and the 401k matching isn't the best compared to other large corporate companies. It just doesn't feel like a top-tier offering.
Advice to Management: Focus on making the benefits package, especially healthcare and 401k, much more competitive. It's tough to retain talent in Southwest Florida when total comp isn't matching other industries.
