Positive Environment for Cloud Security Professionals
Pros: Zscaler offers a fantastic culture for a Cloud Security Engineer in the cybersecurity industry. My colleagues are super smart and collaborative. I've gained immense experience with cutting-edge cloud security tech. Leadership supports innovation, fostering great professional growth.
Cons: Fast company growth sometimes leads to slight communication gaps between teams. Also, the promotion pathway can feel a little slower than ideal for motivated individuals.
Advice to Management: Continue to invest in internal communication tools and strategies, especially with rapid company expansion. Review and potentially streamline the promotion processes to better recognize and fast-track high-performing talent.

Great Place for Sales Professionals in Cloud Security
Pros: Working as a remote Sales Representative at Zscaler has been rewarding. The compensation package, with competitive sales commissions and solid benefits, stands out in the cloud security industry. I've gained valuable experience and appreciate the continuous learning opportunities and supportive colleagues. It's a dynamic place for career growth in enterprise cybersecurity.
Cons: The environment is fast-paced, particularly towards quarter-end, which can occasionally strain work-life balance. Streamlining internal approval processes for deals would definitely help improve efficiency.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining internal approval processes to boost sales efficiency. Also, consider initiatives to help sales teams better manage work-life balance during peak periods.

Solid Base Pay, Benefits Could Improve
Pros: As a Sales Engineer, the base salary is definitely competitive for the cybersecurity industry. RSUs are a nice perk and make the total compensation package pretty decent.
Cons: The health benefits really aren't top-tier, especially compared to other big tech firms. It feels like they could invest more there. Also, after your initial compensation package, annual raises often feel a bit small.
Advice to Management: Take a closer look at the benefits package, especially healthcare options, to be more competitive. Review the annual raise structure.
