Decent place, but work-life balance is tough.
Pros: The team I worked with was solid, always helpful for troubleshooting. I also appreciated the initial training on their VoIP platform; it was good for learning the product as a Customer Support Representative.
Cons: Work-life balance here is often tough. We had long hours, and there's pressure to hit metrics, even outside normal hours. It felt like an always-on culture in this cloud communications company.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into better workload distribution and encourage disconnecting after hours. Burnout is a real thing for remote Customer Support Representatives.
