Remote culture is good, some areas for improvement
Pros: People are generally nice and collaborative here. My direct team was really supportive, which is a big deal as an Account Executive. The remote setup allows for good work-life balance.
Cons: Communication can be a struggle across departments in a fully remote environment. Sometimes, it's tough to build connections outside your immediate team. The overall company culture feels less cohesive because of this.
Advice to Management: Focus on better cross-team engagement for remote employees. Maybe more virtual events or clear mentorship programs. Improve onboarding for new B2B SaaS sales professionals to integrate them into the culture better.
