Okay Start, But Career Growth Stalls
Pros: Good for new grads entering the IT services industry. You get decent exposure to basic digital transformation projects. The initial training helps a lot for a Software Engineer.
Cons: Career growth is really slow after a year or two. It's hard to get promoted or work on new tech. Opportunities feel limited, especially in the Pune office.
Advice to Management: Try to create clearer paths for experienced employees to grow. Offer more varied digital transformation projects and leadership development, especially for those of us in the IT consulting roles.

Okay culture, but project specific vibe
Pros: There's a decent amount of collaboration within my immediate project team. People are generally supportive, and you can learn a lot from senior engineers. The Pune office has some good folks.
Cons: The company culture feels a bit disconnected at times across different departments. It's hard to feel a strong company-wide bond. Sometimes upper management decisions don't really filter down well, impacting team morale.
Advice to Management: Try to foster a more unified company culture across all projects and locations, not just within individual teams. Improve communication from leadership down to the individual contributors, especially for a large corporate.

Culture is Okay, Depends on Your Team
Pros: As a Software Engineer, my immediate team was usually supportive. We helped each other out on software development projects. The vibe in the Pune office could be pretty good, making it a decent place to connect.
Cons: The larger corporate IT culture feels a bit rigid sometimes. Upper management decisions often lack transparency. There's a common pressure for long hours, which impacts work-life balance for many.
Advice to Management: Focus on empowering team leads and improving communication from the top. Reducing the pressure for excessive work hours would boost morale big time.
