Pros: I've really enjoyed the team vibe at Eventify. As an Event Marketing Specialist, you get to work on some cool projects in the event tech industry. The hybrid work setup in Austin, TX is also a big plus.
Cons: Job security isn't the best here, honestly. There's been a lot of turnover lately, and frequent reorganizations make it feel unstable. It's tough to plan long-term when things change so fast.
Advice to Management: Management needs to provide more clarity on company direction and stabilize the teams. Constant restructuring is hurting morale and retention.
