Founded in 2008 in Lithuania, Vinted began as a way for friends to find new homes for clothes they no longer needed. In 2019, we became Lithuania's first unicorn! Today, our headquarters remain in Vilnius, and we've grown with offices across Europe, supported by a team of over 2,000 people.

Pros: I appreciate the standard hybrid work model; it's nice to have some office days in the Vilnius office. For us Software Engineer roles, there's a good amount of autonomy to manage your daily tasks. It's decent for a growing e-commerce platform.
Cons: True work flexibility can be tough. Even though it's hybrid, sometimes it feels like you're expected to be onsite more than needed. It's not really a fully remote-first tech company if that's what you're looking for.
Advice to Management: Consider allowing more remote options for roles where it makes sense. Trust your teams more with how they structure their workweeks.
