Leadership is okay, but needs improvement
Pros: My direct manager was pretty supportive, which helped a lot for my **software engineer** tasks. There are some really smart people on the teams you work with. Plus, you get to work on some interesting projects in the growing **tech industry**.
Cons: Senior leadership often feels really disconnected from daily operations. Decisions come down without much explanation or input, which can be frustrating for those of us in the **Kuala Lumpur** office. There's not enough transparency about the company's future plans.
Advice to Management: Try to be more visible and communicative with all employees. We need clearer direction and more transparency from the top, especially about why decisions are made. Listen to the feedback from the ground level; it matters. Show more
