The Role
• Provide technical support to internal teams and business partners for IT products and solutions.
• Assist business partners in selecting appropriate technical solutions for end customers through various communication channels.
• Disseminate knowledge of products and technologies via webinars, workshops, and conferences.
• Offer technical guidance during Proof of Concept (PoC) activities and customer implementations.
• Continuously update and expand technical knowledge within the company's solution portfolio.
• Participate in technical trainings and certification processes.
What You'll Need
• Higher technical education, preferably in IT or a related field.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure security and networking technologies.
• Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level) for technical documentation and international collaboration.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience confirmed by relevant vendor certifications.
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and a flexible approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
