Job Summary
You will develop and manage a network of student agents across Singapore and Southeast Asia to drive student recruitment. This role involves ensuring agent compliance, meeting business targets, executing marketing plans, and reporting recruitment insights to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand a network of quality student agents in Singapore and Southeast Asia to increase student recruitment
- Monitor student agents’ compliance with policies and performance standards to maintain quality and consistency
- Manage relationships with agents to ensure high satisfaction and smooth admissions processes for students
- Track and achieve individual business targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support recruitment goals
- Design and implement marketing plans to enhance school branding and awareness in target markets
- Follow up with prospective students and leads generated from marketing campaigns and events to convert interest into applications
- Report recruitment trends, business opportunities, and performance metrics to senior management for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant industry experience
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
