Job Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Recruitment Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to support the organization's manpower needs. This role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
- Source candidates through internal/external job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a positive new-joiner experience
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and exit clearance
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with local employment laws and company policies
- Assist with employer branding and recruitment initiatives where required
- Prepare recruitment reports and manpower updates for management
- Manage the Bursary System and coordinate bursary applications
- Manage and administer government grants for all entities
- Administer work passes for foreign employees, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of full cycle recruitment or HR-related experience
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and employment practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and timelines effectively
- Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR/recruitment systems
