Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engagement skills and structured training programmes for beneficiaries in Day Activity Centre and Sheltered Workshop.
Supervise and assist individual, applying coaching, task breakdown, and behavioural support strategies.
Create visual aids, task analyses, and structured routines to facilitate learning and skill development.
Collaborate with beneficiaries, families, instructors, Allied Professionals, alumni, and community partners to support holistic care and engagement.
Maintain programme documentation, progress records, and assist with operational planning and administrative duties.
Support centre events, community initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts, demonstrating flexibility to meet programme and operational needs.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
Passionate, proactive, and creative, with a desire to make a positive community impact.
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience working with clients with special needs.
Candidate with administrative experience will be advantageous.
