For our client, a leading professional services organization specializing in audit, tax advisory, consulting, risk management, and financial & legal advisory, we are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join a team delivering modern cloud and data engineering solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Cloud & Data Engineering solutions
- Bring a Data Engineering perspective to development teams and support business objectives
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Azure and Terraform
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Work in an Agile/SCRUM environment
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Manage, optimize, and support the Databricks platform
Ideal candidate profile
- Proven experience in Data Engineering and Databricks platform administration
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, Spark, and Python
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Terraform, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Security-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of Data Mesh concepts
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
