About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our expanding technology team. In this fully remote position, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise web applications that support our organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders, to deliver innovative features and solutions. Your work will directly contribute to modernization efforts and AI-driven projects, helping IMA stay at the forefront of technological advancements. Qualifications
- Strong professional experience with C# programming language
- Proficiency in ASP.NET, .NET Framework, or .NET Core
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Python, or similar frameworks
- Database development experience with SQL Server
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Experience with API integrations and cloud platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar is desirable
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable enterprise web applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and implement new features and functionalities
- Participate in modernization initiatives and support AI-related projects to enhance organizational capabilities
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and standards
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members when necessary
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes
