Database Administrator (MSSQL & NoSQL)
🔍 Role Scope
- Manage and optimize MSSQL and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) environments
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability across systems
- Drive automation, monitoring, and operational excellence
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Administer MSSQL (2019/2022/2025) and NoSQL databases(MongoDb / Redis)
- Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain database systems
- Manage HA setups, replication, backup & recovery processes
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis
- Automate tasks using Shell, Python, PowerShell
- Support capacity planning, change requests, and production releases
- Coordinate with application teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Ensure uptime, security, and compliance best practices
✅ Requirements
- 4-8 years MSSQL + 3+ years NoSQL DBA experience
- Expertise in MongoDB/Redis, clustering, caching, replication
- Strong Linux (RedHat) and scripting skills
- Knowledge of networking, security, and database architecture
- Experience with 24/7 support and on-call environments
