SAP ABAP Developer
Experience: 7–10 Years
Location: Wakad Pune
Responsibilities •
Work closely with SAP functional (SD, MM, PP,QM, FICO, EDI, CS ) personnel to implement and deploy changes to SAP and other integrated or interfaced systems. •
Manage the construction of code based on a technical design, following development standards.
Work with project teams and technical resources.
Coordinate with Offshore and Onsite Technical resources and with functional team.
Provide input into the design of SAP enhancements and roll outs, offering advice and thoughts providing feedback.
Defect resolution including debugging complex scenarios.
Ability to work as part of a team with staff or other departments.
Maintenance of the SAP environment through proactive incident root cause analysis and problem resolution.
Provides system administration and coding best practice.
Ensure all code is well documented and can be navigated by others in the next phase (testing)
Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of SAP experience
Solid understanding of functional business processes including finance, manufacturing, product lifecycle, and supply chain management
Experience in full SAP project life cycle end to end (blueprint through to go-live), deploying SAP solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Math, Engineering, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced ABAP and ABAP OO Skills.
Ability to create specialized reports for SAP modules using ABAP programming languages, designs forms and screens for SAP modules
ABAP Development (Reports, ALV, DDIC, OOABAP, Debugging) IDOC/ALE/EDI (Inbound, Outbound, Extensions, WE02/WE05/WE19/WE20)
Integrations (RFC, BAPI, Web Services, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, APIs)
Enhancements (User Exits, Customer Exits, BADI, Enhancement Framework, CMOD/SMOD)
WRICEF Objects (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
Forms (Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms)
