Description
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will support the development and execution of the organisation's compliance framework across Singapore, with potential regional exposure.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Support the implementation and enhancement of compliance policies and programmes
- Monitor adherence to local regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and identifying areas for improvement
- Partner with business stakeholders to provide advisory on compliance-related matters
- Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and follow-up actions
- Assist in investigations and handling compliance-related issues where required
- Deliver training and awareness programmes to promote a strong compliance culture
- Maintain accurate documentation and preparing reports for senior stakeholders.
Profile
You are a proactive and detail-oriented compliance professional who is comfortable operating in a multinational environment.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Finance, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk, audit, or legal
- Experience within a multinational organisation is advantageous
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance principles
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
