This is a regional Compliance Manager role covering APAC, offering broad exposure across multiple compliance domains, while also serving as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for Singapore. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, ideal for someone who enjoys ownership and working across multiple areas rather than being specialised in a discipline.

Description
- Act as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for Singapore
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and processes across APAC
- Manage risk registers, audits, and remediation tracking
- Lead annual compliance programmes, including BCP exercises and vendor due diligence
- Conduct site audits (HSE, information security, ESG, data protection)
- Support ISO and quality management initiatives (e.g. ISO 9001)
- Respond to client security and compliance questionnaires
- Investigate and report data protection and HSE incidents
- Contribute to ESG reporting, including carbon emissions tracking
- Work closely with stakeholders across China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Japan
Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in compliance, risk, or governance roles
- Experience in data protection / PDPA / DPO responsibilities
- Exposure to ISO audits, risk management, or compliance frameworks preferred
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, individual contributor role
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across a regional scope
- Open to occasional travel within APAC
