About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations and logistics while working closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, regulated healthcare environment.
Job Description:
Assist Operations HOD in facilities management, delivery fulfilment and supply planning.Ensure operations on a day-to-day basis are able to meet the required and relevant standards (e.g. GDPMDS, Operations SOP).Liaise internally (among Departments) and externally (e.g. suppliers, transporters), building positive and resilient relationships.Support overseas work requirements as delegated by the Operations HOD.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any subject.Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant subjects (Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Facilities Management) are preferred.Relevant experience in logistics and supply chain management.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
