We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support our operational excellence and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional radiology services.
Assist manager in managing the daily operations of the department and participate in the planning of strategic goals and objectives of the department
- Provide quality patient reception services at Radiologic Clinics
- Co-operate and co-ordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery throughout the service cycle is efficient and effective.
- Provides leadership in both technical and non technical areas and ensure all groups work as a team
- Ensures review of processes to ensure efficiency of workflow
- Experience in planning and coordinating onsite screening is a plus
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in radiology or diagnostic services.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
