What you will do:
Develop & Architect
- Solve complex technical problems and write scalable, production-grade code.
- Architect resilient and secure systems that scale with rapidly growing demand.
- Own CI/CD, deployments, observability, and uptime, ensuring smooth operations.
Execute & Lead
- Drive features end-to-end: design → implementation → deployment → monitoring.
- Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions.
- Own team execution — identify bottlenecks, prioritize work, and deliver consistently.
- Partner with Product & Business to translate requirements into robust tech solutions.
You’re a good fit if you have:
- 1–5 years of experience at a product-first company
- Deep hands-on expertise in building and scaling web applications - frontend, backend, or both
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework (React or Angular) or backend stack (Node.js, Java, Python, Go, etc.)
- Solid understanding of system design - whether that's frontend architecture and scalable UI systems, or distributed systems and microservices
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows
- Comfortable working across the stack or going deep in one layer, depending on the problem at hand
