Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer experienced in Go and passionate about building efficient, scalable backend systems. Should have strong foundation in software design principles, be adept at solving complex problems, and be capable of contributing to architecture and performance optimization efforts.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Go (Golang).
- Architect scalable, low-latency systems and APIs that effectively address both business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Ensure high code quality through practices such as unit testing, integration testing, and peer code reviews.
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, system issues, and application bugs.
- Continuously improve system reliability and developer productivity through automation, optimization, and technical innovation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Golang development.
- Strong understanding of Go’s concurrency model, data structures, and standard library.
- Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in system design and a strong grasp of software engineering principles.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and Distributed services.
