Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations and grow within a professional work environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in data entry and maintenance of financial records
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
  • Help in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Support the accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Assist in maintaining proper filing of accounting documents
  • Liaise with internal departments for financial information and documentation
  • Provide support during internal and external audits
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently or as a team player
  • Willing to learn
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
