📌 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a Java Experience to lead and deliver high-quality software projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in Java-based systems with strong project management skills to drive successful execution from planning to deployment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Java-based software projects
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with developers, QA teams, architects, and stakeholders
- Manage Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability standards are met
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams

🔹 Project Management Skills
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
- Risk management and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
🔹 Technical Skills (Java Background)
- Solid understanding of Java (Java 8 or above)
- Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of REST APIs and backend system design
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Ability to review technical designs and guide development teams
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in project management
- Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent are a plus
