Job Overview
Plan A Technologies is looking for a frontend-leaning
Fullstack Engineer to drive the user experience and interface logic of our AI-powered platform. This role focuses primarily (approx. 70%) on building sophisticated, responsive UIs in React, with a secondary focus (approx. 30%) on extending and maintaining our .NET backend services.
Please note: You must have at least 5+ years of experience with React, +2 years with .NET, and proven experience working with AI tools to be considered for this role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead the development of interactive, high-fidelity web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build AI-driven UI features, such as streaming chat interfaces and real-time data visualizations.
- Ensure seamless state management and performance optimization for complex frontend workflows.
- Develop and modify .NET controller logic and data models to support frontend requirements.
Experience
- 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
- 5+ years of advanced experience with React and the JavaScript ecosystem.
- 2+ years of experience working with C# and .NET environments.
- Experience implementing AI-enhanced UX/UI patterns (e.g., prompt engineering for UI or AI-assisted data entry).
- Expertise in CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, or similar modern styling frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
