🔹 Role Overview
Looking for a highly skilled and execution-focused Tech Lead who can design, build, optimize, and support scalable enterprise data pipelines using Databricks and Spark technologies.
This is a hands-on role with:

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Design & develop scalable Databricks-native pipelines
✔ Build ingestion, transformation & consumption layers
✔ Implement Delta Lake MERGE & CDC patterns
✔ Optimize Spark jobs, joins, partitioning & performance
✔ Handle production support, debugging & RCA
✔ Define coding standards & best practices
✔ Mentor data engineering teams and conduct code reviews
✔ Collaborate with business & cross-functional teams
🔹 Required Skills
✅ Strong expertise in PySpark & Spark SQL
✅ Hands-on experience with Databricks Jobs / Workflows
✅ Experience with Delta Lake & incremental processing
✅ Strong performance tuning & query optimization skills
✅ Experience handling large-scale distributed data systems
✅ Cloud data lake & orchestration experience (ADF or similar)
🔹 Preferred Skills
⭐ Exposure to data governance frameworks
⭐ Streaming / automated ingestion experience
⭐ Azure Data Engineering or Databricks Certifications
