Your Key Role:
As Operations Planning Manager, you will:
- Lead strategic planning and coordination to optimize community care delivery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align resources and schedules
- Use data insights to forecast demand and improve service efficiency
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop new programs that enhance community health outcomes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, with at least 7 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare. At least 3 years in leadership role.
- Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities
- Strong planning, project management and organisational skills
- Able to work well with others, to foster buy-in and collaboration
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
