About The Role
This is not an admin role.
You will be the right hand of our CEO — helping her stay organised, move faster, and focus on what matters most. You will be trusted with real responsibilities from day one and exposed to everything that goes into building a speech intelligence company from the ground up.
If you are sharp, reliable, and take pride in making things happen quietly behind the scenes — this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings and travel arrangements
- Prepare and organise meeting notes, action items and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing decks, documents and materials for investors and clients
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO
- Track key tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Research and compile information quickly when needed
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Who You Are
- Diploma or degree holder — fresh grad or up to 2 years of experience
- Extremely organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive — you anticipate needs before being asked
- Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Based in Singapore
